About the Designer
Hey there! My name is Michele and I'm currently a senior at the College of Charleston, about to graduate in less than a month... ahhh! I will have a degree in Communication, specifically Media Studies, and a minor in Spanish. This Electronic Publishing & Design course has been the perfect introductory course on desktop publishing, basic HTML and CSS, and using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. It has definitely sparked my passion for graphic design and I hope to pursue this subject in the future! For now, I have good experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, HTML & CSS code, and a basic grasp of Adobe Illustrator.
After I graduate I plan to take a year off to travel, hopefully teach English in Latin America and allow myself some time to figure out what's next. As of now, I'd love to find a graduate program in graphic design or something similar, and work for a magazine eventually.
